Here's a fun little Math Game for kids that uses inexpensive materials and helps kids practice the following skills:
Materials
Directions
Older children can multiply the dice instead of adding to make the game more challenging.
- Addition
- Odd and Even
- Tallying
DICE |
ERASER DICE (10 for $1.00 at Dollar Tree) |
Materials
- dice (can be played with 2 or 3 dice)
- paper and pencil
Directions
- Students work with a partner.
- Player A is Even. Player B is Odd.
- Take turns rolling the dice.
- Together add the dice.
- If the SUM is even, player A gets 1 point. If the SUM is odd, player B gets 1 point.
- Tally each round.
- The first player to win 10 points is the winner.
