Invertebrates - Centipedes and Millipedes







Centipedes and Millipedes are both Arthropods. They both have 2 body parts and
many pairs of legs!!!!

One body section is the head with a pair of antennae. The other body section is the abdomen
with many segments.

Centipedes have 1 pair of legs attached to each segment. Some centipedes have more
than 100 segments. YIKES!!!





Millipedes have 2 pairs of legs on each segment. A millipede could have more than 80 segments!!!!
