Back to School 9 Free Printable Reading Word Games

I have 9 free printable reading games for you and your students in kindergarten and 1st grade! 

Each game can be printed on a single page and is very easy for your students to use. The games focus on the short and long vowels a, e, i, o, and u.

The kids will use the games to practice and review basic reading skills with CVC, CVCe, CCVC, and CVCC words.  The games can be used any time of the year!
